The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire.  However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead.  If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

This price list is offered to comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s Trade Regulation Rule; Funeral Industry Practices 16 CFR Part 453.  Our fees are established in consultation with a professional consulting firm, exclusively serving funeral homes.

This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select.  This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving of remains.

This fee is applied when the discount services are selected and additional services above and beyond the discount services are requested or when cremated remains are brought from another location and services are requested. This service fee includes the scheduling and organizing of selected services, assisting with creation and submission of obituaries, providing checks for cash advance items, scheduling military, clergy, organization and cemetery services, helping to file insurance claims, etc.

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law.  Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing.  If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container.  Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering).  The containers we provide are cardboard, fiberboard, or wood.

The Ducro Way

We believe that the value of our services will far exceed your expectations. The advantages of having us available to conduct and facilitate a gathering or memorial service include, but are not limited to:


1) Presence of licensed member of Ducro Family or Staff
2) Provide traffic cones and at least one attendant for traffic control, parking, and     to assist visitors in inclement weather with umbrellas, etc.
3) Provide magnetic picture boards for photograph display, wood display easels, and flower stands
4) Arrangement of floral tributes, urn, personal mementos, photographs, picture boards, registry, and memorial contribution container as needed
5) Attendant at door to greet guests
6) Assist with coats
7) Assure signing of registry book, including addresses, to ease burden of  acknowledgments
8) Present guest with memorial folder
9) Provide secure memorial contribution box and receive or direct placement of cards and donations
10) Production of TRIBUTE video keepsake to be shown during services and/or kept by the family as a memorial gift from Ducro Services
11) Photographs of all flower tributes sent with pictures stapled to floral cards
12) Overall supervision and coordination of all events that take place at this                                      
                                special Celebration of Life to assure family and friends do not have to be    
                                distracted from the mission of the day…to pay tribute to their loved one.
