Betty Lou Kincaid KINSGVILLE – Betty Lou Kincaid, 79, formerly of East 31st Street died on Friday, February 8, 2008 at the Ashtabula County Nursing Home. She was born Betty Lou Dunkle on April 13, 1928 in Fayette County, OH and was adopted and raised the daughter of Edward and Rachel (Ramsey) Bobst and had been an Ashtabula resident most of her life. Prior to her retirement, she worked for Northwest Electric Company, Detrex Chemical, and Reliance Electric in her earlier years. Betty was a resident of the Ashtabula County Nursing Home for 29 years which earned her the distinction of being the nursing home’s longest resident. She was known by many as the “Cheerio Kid”. Her enthusiasm and positive spirit were and inspiration to all who knew her. Her survivors include two children, Nancy (Kenny) Martin of Moscow, TN and Ronald E. (Kathleen) Kincaid of Anderson, SC; four grandchildren, Aaron Kincaid of Anderson, SC, Michael Robinson of Greensburg, PA, Patrick Robinson of Collierville, TN, and April Simko of Walls, MS; and four great-grandchildren. Calling hours will be 6 to 8 PM Sunday, February 10, 2008 at the Zaback-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 West Prospect Road, Ashtabula A service will be held 10 AM on Monday, February 11 at the Zaback-Ducro Funeral Home. Rev. Kenneth Roberts, Pastor of Pentecostal Church of God, will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery, N. Kingsville.
