Hollie B. Patton
ASHTABULA- Hollie B. Patton, 84, joined her beloved husband, Frank on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 while a resident of the Ashtabula County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
The daughter of Earl and Edith (Howell) Frasure, Hollie was born on November 21, 1933 in Floyd County, Kentucky.
Hollie and Frank Patton were married for forty-one years. Together they weathered the storms and relied on each other for love and support. After Frank’s death, Hollie’s strength and character carried her through times of adversity. Always thanking the Lord for the gifts he had given her and her family.
Hollie was a devoted member of Pentecostal Church of God and enjoyed being with her church family. She helped with the funeral dinners, and was known for her biscuits.
Hollie was employed with, Yoder’s Green Houses, Rockwell Plastic and MFG.
Hollie was born with a servant’s heart; she helped so many people in her journey of life. She could never turn anyone away and would share with them no matter how little she had.
Hollie will be admired for her dedication to her faith, her love of family and her strength and dignity.
Hollie is survived by her children, Donald (Micky) Patton, Glenith Dale Patton, and Brenda Gail Keen all of Ashtabula; many loving grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great- grandchildren; she is survived by her siblings, Audie Frasure of Indiana, Earl Frasure of Dorset, Vern Frasure of Sheffield Township, Roger Frasure of Ashtabula, Betty Hungerford of Jefferson, Bonnie Stillwell, Freda Frasure both of Conneaut, Eugene Frasure also of Jefferson; many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews.
Hollie was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Patton, Sr., sons, Frank Patton, Jr., Clinton Dean Patton; grandson, Michael Patton; great-grandson, Michael Ray Patton; siblings, Roy Frasure, Earlene Maple, George Frasure, Danen Frasure, and Ottis Frasure.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at the Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 West Prospect Avenue, Ashtabula, Ohio. Rev. Kenneth Roberts will officiate. Burial will be in Saybrook Cemetery next her beloved husband, Frank.
Calling hours will be observed from 2PM to 4PM and 6PM to 8PM on Friday, June 22, 2018 at the Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 West Prospect Road, Ashtabula, Ohio
