Ashtabula-Janet B. Skaggs, 65, of Ashtabula, passed away on June 17, 2018. She was born on Sept. 6, 1952 in Odessa, Texas to Bernice and Neva (Brown) Wilkerson. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Skaggs was preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers, Michael Ray and Johnny Wilkerson. She was survived by her children; Mark, BJ, Glenda, and Melissa Skaggs, her brothers; Bobby Glenn and Charlie Wilkerson, her sisters; Carolyn Metcalf and Lori Wells, 13 Grandchildren and 3Great Grandchildren.
Private services were held by the family.
