Obituary of Gladys "Sue" Hubbard

Gladys “Sue” Geneva Hubbard, on this day of July 17, 2018, she joined the Lord after years of fighting complex medical diseases.

A 1971 graduate of Ashtabula High School and 1998 graduate of the Knoedler School of Nursing.

She is survived by her longtime companion, Doug Layman; children, Jennifer Hubbard of Ashtabula and James (Patricia) Hubbard of Kingsville; grandchildren, Joseph Jr., Jayne Sue, Jasmine, Jacob and Josh Visnosky, and James Jr., Jon, Jordan, Jaxon and Jace Hubbard; great-grandchildren, James Hubbard III, and Sophia Taylor.

Sue was preceded in death by her father Herman Lavey on December 3, 1960, mother, Jennie Smith September 23, 1998 and step-father, Lester Smith March 17, 1993.

Cremation with no calling hours or services observed was up held per deceased request.
