Obituary of Kristine Murray

Ashtabula- Kristine Murray, 67, passed away from complications of CHF on Sunday, September 2, 2018 surrounded by her family.

She was born on January 4, 1951 in Akron the daughter of Donald and Irene (Rusnak) Murray. Kristine graduated from Harbor High School Class of 1969. She retired from General Electric and also worked many years as a daycare provider.

Kristine enjoyed reading, community involvement and working in her flower gardens. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed the many board game nights.

Kristine is survived by her children, Pauline J. Siler, Tonja M. (Donald) Siler Johnson and Brianna J. Siler; step-children, Saudai Siler-Payne, Khaveta Payne, Shahee Siler and Samekquoa Siler; siblings, Jim (Margo) Murray, Gail (Randy) Stegmann and Michael (April) Murray; grandchildren, Paul (Erin) Siler, Reggie McHenry II, Donald Johnson III, Michael Siler, Chloe Johnson, Ava Johnson; several step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Paul Siler II and Logan Siler; many nieces and nephews; many surrogate children from her former day care; and dear friends that will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and ex-husband and lifelong friend, William C. Siler, Jr.

A memorial service will be held, Friday, September 7, 2018 at 7:00PM at Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 W. Prospect Rd., Ashtbula, where friends will be received from 6PM until time of service at 7PM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the family in care of Ducro Funeral Home. Envelopes will be available.
