Obituary of Geraldine "Gerry" Jane Cunningham

Geraldine Jane Cunningham, 83, of Geneva, passed away Friday, October 12, 2018 at University Hospitals in Cleveland. Born June 1, 1935 in Madison, Ohio the daughter of the late Merle and Edith (Pennoyer) Rea. She married Edward V. Cunningham on January 15, 1955. Gerry worked at True Temper until it closed and then Advanced Technology until her retirement. She enjoyed her grandchildren, animals and her garden. She is survived by her children, Doug (Jennifer) Cunningham and Debra Koschar; brother, Richard (Marge) Rea; sister, Barbara Swiger; grandchildren, Tyler (fiancé, Sarah) Cunningham, Alisa "Brandi" Cunningham, Tia Koschar, Ava Cunningham, and Trey Cunningham; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Nicholas, Chase, and Gavin. Gerry was preceded in death by her husband, Edward in 1991; son, Ronald in 1985; brother, Clifton Rea; sister, Eloise Williams, and her parents. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 10 AM at the Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 W. Prospect Rd. Ashtabula. Burial will follow at Saybrook Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, from 5 until 7PM at the funeral home.
