MADISON- James "Jim" Clark, 78, passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018 at Divine Living of Madison.
He was born on August 1, 1940 in Ashtabula, Ohio the son of Helen (Kusik) and Charles Clark.
James is survived his wife, Beverly Clark; children, Timothy (Joellen) Clark and Wendy (Bob) Gale of Madison; his nephew Dale (Viola) Ingramm; grandchildren, Heather (Kyle) Mullins, Nickolas (Dana) Clark, Brayden Clark and Jordan Gale; and great-grandchildren, Alexa and Remi Clark and Sydney Mullins.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his sisters JoAnn Ingram and Norita Brennaman.
Private services will be held at a later date.
