Angeline "Angie" Veltri KINGSVILLE – Angeline "Angie" Veltri- 93 joined her husband Louis on Thursday, October 25, 2018 while a resident at Ashtabula County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Angie was born on March 24, 1925 in Baie-Comeau, Canada; she was the daughter of Aurele and Emma (Bujold) Cavanagh. She was a faithful member of Mount Carmel Church. On November 10, 1961 Angie and Louis Veltri were united marriage. After their wedding she moved to the United States and began their family. Angie and Louis were married for thirty seven years before his passing in 1998. During their marriage they enjoyed summer trips to Canada to spend time with her family. Angie was employed with Lou's Stage Coach, Ashtabula Hotel and the Crow's Nest as a server. She enjoyed her profession and the many people she met along the way. A wonderful cook, her family always requested her spaghetti and meatballs. Angie had a wonderful sense of humor and a wonderful smile. She loved and supported her family in all of their adventures. She was especially fond of her grandchildren and enjoyed their company. Angie will be remembered for her faith, her love of family and work ethic. She is survived by her daughters, Michelle and Mark Baker, Tina Gaggiano ; her precious grandchildren, Michelle and Anthony Gaggiano; siblings, Edmonde Cavanagh, Marie-Ange Fournier, Marcel Cavanagh, Noelle LeGault, Jeanne Babin, Gilles Cavanagh, Guy Cavanagh and Mariette Vaillancourt; most special niece, Jocelyn Claude and many other nieces and nephews. Angie was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Peter Veltri; her parents; siblings, Albert Cavanagh, Carmen Claude, Jean-Marie Cavanagh, Laurent Cavanagh, and Gemma LaPointe. Memorial Services will be held 12 noon on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Greenlawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, 3140 East Center Street, North Kingsville, Ohio. Fr. Arthur A. Snedeker, M.Div. will preside. DUCRO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 4524 ELM AVENUE, ASHTABULA is assisting the family Angie's family would like to thank the staff of "E" Wing for their loving care of the mother and grandmother; a special heartfelt thanks to "Angie's Angel" Stacie Durovey.
