Please share a memory of Clarence to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

CONNEAUT-Clarence Albert Honkonen, Jr. passed away Saturday, October 27, 2018 at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center.

A life-long resident of Ashtabula county, Clarence was born on December 15, 1957 to Clarence Honkonen, Sr. and Ramona Pinney.

Fishing was his hobby, but his true passion was taking long drives with his children. He loved driving around and pointing out places that he had worked or visited. He also loved a good bargain and spent a great deal of time at flea markets and auctions. Clarence was known for his overflowing box of "I may need someday" things. Casino nights with his parents were always something Clarence looked forward to.

He is survived by his children, Nicole Taylor, Zachary (Elizabeth) Honkonen and Matthew (Ashley) Honkonen; sister, Carol West; brother, Timothy Honkonen; grandchildren, Owen, Chloe, Elijah, Jessica and Benjamin; the mother of his children; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Clarence is preceded in death by his parents.
