Obituary of Okey Paul Holcomb

Please share a memory of Okey to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Okey Paul Holcomb, 92, “The Bull.” A good old boy born in Erbacon WV, resided in Middlefield. Country guitarist, singer, songwriter, storyteller, jokester, woodcarver, horseshoe and checkers champ. Loved nature, camping and RV’ing with late wife Mary (Jedrzejek) fishing and Cleveland Indians. Could be ornery but always funny as hell. Stroke stole his speech but not his warm smile, gentle ways. A legend in his own time. Deeply loved, dearly missed. Calling hours will be held on Wed., Oct. 31, 2018 from 9 to 10:30 A.M. at Russell-Sly Family Funeral Home 15670 W. High Street (Rt. 87) Middlefield followed by mass at 11AM at St. Lucy Mission 16280 E. High Street (Rt. 87) Middlefield. Online obituary and condolences at www.ducro.com
