Mom at the CAVs game (boy did she love that LeBron guy but I firmly believe she had the very same incredible joy when she met her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Lois ~ I hope you like gold, because you got your gold wings to soar high with the angels, into the arms of our Lord. I know you are at peace, and happy with your "new" body !
I have known you for many years, and know where you went when you took your last breath. I will miss you asking me, "What's up good looking." I will also miss your smile, listening to me, not to worry. Your belief and faith in God were a match to few !
I hope Cal met you already, perhaps at the gate.
Life is hard for everyone, but YOU always managed to make lemon aide out the lemons you were dealt in this life.
Lois, please hug my Calvin as hard as you can, and tell him and Bunny I love them and miss them. My journey after 3 years without Calvin is still difficult at times, but knowing that we will all have a party together again, one day, when I am "done" here on earth. That gives me hope to continue on this lonely road of life !
KNOW that you are loved, and that lasts forever !

Mom,
There are no words to really capture my pain and emptiness in losing you. You were, and always will be, my WORLD, my ROCK, my Salvation (in an earthly sense), my SUPPORTER, my DISCIPLINARIAN (that sadly yes I still needed as an adult), my CHEERLEADER. I cannot, and dont want to, picture life without you........I just dont. I want to call you, talk to you, get your shopping list, pick up our lunch and take it to you. Take you to a CAVs game, an Indians game, and yes for you, even a Browns game (Johnny Who) but I cant....its just not fair. You had so many periods of darkness here on earth that I"m eternally grateful you've left behind but now every one of those is exponentially transferred to me and I know thats selfish and thats not how you raised me to be, but it just hurts like hell. Thank you Mom, thank you for everything. Thank you for loving me, for supporting me, for directing me. LIFE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME WITHOUT YOU. I dont wish this on anyone. UNTIL THEN BEAUTIFUL!!!! I pray St. Peter has some Cheesy sauce for your eggs or I'm sure he'll hear about it. LOVE YOU ALWAYS AND FOREVER AND UNTIL I SEE YOU AGAIN. ALOHA 'OE!!
Your empty son Dave
