Gwen went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 3, 2018 at Tripoint Medical Center following a short illness with her husband of 54 years by her side. Gwen was the daughter of Kenneth and Ellen (Perew) Moore and a lifelong resident of Ashtabula. She married her high school sweetheart and the love of her life Marvin L. Wetherbee on June 13, 1964. Gwen loved her family and friends dearly. She always looked forward to spending time at her church and with the Red Hat Society. Gwen was an artist, in her spare time she enjoyed drawing, designing and reading. Prior to her sickness, she worked at Rockwell Plastics, Easy Ed's, Home Improvement DIY prior to the store closing and Picken Plastic in Jefferson. Gwen is survived by her husband, Marvin; son, Bradley Wetherbee; grandson, Ryan Wetherbee; former daughter-in-law, Candy Morrison; sister, Margorie Hallgren; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death are her parents; sister, Leona Fuller; and two brother-in-law's, Edward Fuller and Wesley Hallgren. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 1 P.M. to 3 P.M. at Edgewood Alliance Church, 3137 E. Center Road North Kingsville, Ohio where services will be held at 3P.M.
