Louis A. Bernardo, III
Louis Anthony Bernardo, III, 71 of Ashtabula passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the Cleveland Clinic.
He was born December 10, 1946 in Ashtabula, Ohio the son of Louis A., II and Eleanor (Wortman) Bernardo. Louie was a United States Air Force Veteran serving his country from 1966-1968.
Louie over the years worked at Rockwell Brake and was also an Electrician by Trade. He enjoyed playing and repairing organs, and playing online video games with his family. Most of all he enjoyed the time he spent with his children.
He is survived by his mother, Eleanor Bernardo; children, Erik (Dyan) Bernardo, Louis "Louie" (Leslie Chute) Bernardo, IV, Jeffery (Kristi Randolph) Bernardo, Michelle (Adam) Jahn, Michael Bernardo, and Kristy Rocha; as well as many grandchildren and one great-grandson, Louis VI.
Louie was preceded in death by his father, Louis Anthony Bernardo, II and grandson, Erik Bernardo,II.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 10 AM at Greenlawn Memory Gardens, 3140 E. Center St., North Kingsville, Ohio 44068.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 5-7PM at the Funeral Home.
