Obituary of Thomas James Ennis

He was born July 1, 1960 in Meadville, PA, the son of George and Despina (Voyiatze) Ennis and was an Ashtabula resident most of his life after moving from Linesville, PA.

 

            He attended the Ashtabula County Joint Vocational School and was mechanically inclined and able to fix anything.

 

            Tom enjoyed drag racing and WWE Wrestling and loved his family and his dogs, Ennis and Yorgee. ASHTABULA – Thomas James Ennis, 58, died Thursday, January 24, 2019 at UH -Geneva Medical Center.

 

 

            His survivors include his wife, Danette (Thompson), whom he married April 18, 1987; four children, Erin M. Bragg, Daniel L. (Heather) Bragg, Anthea R. Bragg, and Cassandra L. Ennis; 15 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; a sister, Katina (Bruce) Kelsey; and a brother, Michael Ennis.

 

            He was preceded in death by his parents.

 

            Calling hours will be from 4-6 PM with a service at 6 PM on Monday, January 28, 2019 at the ZABACK-WILLIAMS-DUCRO FUNERAL HOME, 500 West Prospect Road, Ashtabula.  Pastor Paul Brunsman of  Geneva Church of Christ will officiate.  A private burial will be held at Ridgeview Cemetery.
