Obituary of Eileen Blanche Hosler

Eileen B. Hosler

JEFFERSON- Eileen Blanche Hosler, 89, completed her earthly journey on Thursday, January 31, 2019 while surrounded in the love and prayers of her family.

Eileen was born on June 9, 1929 in Cleveland, Ohio the daughter of Frank C. and Elizabeth C. (Keck) Young. Eileen was a graduate of St. Andrews School for girls in Willoughby.

On April 23, 1949 Eileen and Carl Hosler were united in marriage at St. Mary’s Church of Mentor; and were married fifty-five years.

Eileen was an active member of St. Joseph Calasanctius Catholic Church of Jefferson.

Eileen is survived by her children, Timothy J. (Carley) Hosler of Painesville, Thomas W.B. (Patricia) Hosler of Lenox Township Susan C. (David) Hiscott of Euclid, Christina L Siesel of Jefferson and Terence C.(Nadine)  Hosler of Geneva; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren.

            Eileen was preceded in death by her husband Carl in 2004; two beloved sons, Patrick R., and Daniel J. Hosler and her parents.          

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 5:00 P.M. at St. Joseph Calisantus Church, 32 East Jefferson Street, Jefferson.  The Rev. Fr. John Ettinger, Pastor will preside.  Burial will be in Mentor Municipal Cemetery.

A calling hour will be observed from 4:00P.M. Until time of service at 5:00PM at the church.
