Obituary of Rhoda M. Wimer

Rhoda M. Wimer, 93, passed away on March 7, 2019 at her son’s home.

She was born on July 3, 1925 in Stoneboro, PA to Harry and Leana (Haun) Buckley.

Rhoda was a homemaker and a short order cook.  She enjoyed bowling.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Harry, Raymond, William, and Donald Buckley; her sisters, Dorothy Miller, June Kennedy, Gladys Udell, and Jaunita Simon.

Rhoda is survived by her children, Charlotte (Edward) Newbold, James (Roberta) Wimer, Ronald (Dorothy) Wimer, Kenneth (Cora) Wimer, Nancy Wimer and Donald (Rebecca) Wimer; her 20 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 11, 2019 at Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 West Prospect Street, Ashtabula at 4:00 PM.  Calling hours will held from 2:00 PM until the time of service.  Burial of cremated remains will take place in Greenlawn Memorial Park at a later date.
