Paul R. Woodring, 89, passed away at his home on Friday, May 17, 2019.

The son of Frank and Lula (Combs) Woodring he was born on May 24, 1929 in Marion, Ohio.

On July 28, 1972 Paul and Lula Osburn were united in marriage and shared forty-six years of love and commitment.  The journey of love was so beautiful to watch.

Any day Paul was able to fish was a wonderful and that he was able to fish with his grandchildren the day was made so much more special.

Paul was active in Edgewater United Methodist Church of Port Charlotte, Florida where he was able to help so many with his talent of fixing anything that needing repair.

He was a talented wood worker and was able to share his talent with so many.

Paul is survived by his beloved wife, Lula; children Vicky (Kenneth) DeVorak of Florida, Kathy (Jeff) Hakes, Audrey (Anthony) Felicijan, Rock Creek, Kenneth (Darlene) Keeler of Linesville,PA, Allen ( Dorothy ”Dottie”) Keeler of Conneaut, and Vonda (Hal) McLenon of Oro Valley, Arizona; many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Paul was preceded in death by his son Paul Woodring, Jr on 2014 and his parents,

A Memorial Service will be held at 11: AM on Wednesday May 22, 2019 at Ducro Funeral Services and Crematory, 4524 Elm Avenue, Ashtabula, Ohio, 44004. Rev. Jeremiah Keller will officiate.
