William "Bill" Lee

William "Bill" Rex Lee, 79, of North Kingsville passed away unexpectedly at home, Saturday, August 10, 2019.

He was born July 5, 1940 in Niagara Falls, New York, the son of the late William and Eileen (Mundell) Lee. Bill was a United States Marine Corp veteran. He married Theresa Markuz on June 19, 1965.

Bill worked for many years as a chemical operator at General Tire. He was an avid golfer, who golfed everyday even in the winter. He was the ranger at Village Green Golf Course where he spent much of his time.

Bill was a member of the Conneaut Moose Lodge, Conneaut Fraternal Order of Eagle's, The East Ashtabula Club, and the Springboro Fire Club.

Mr. Lee is survived by his wife of 54 years, Theresa; son, William "Bill" (Janet McIntyre) Lee, Jr.; daughter, Suzanne M. (Dewayne) Carter; brother, James (Joanne) Palozzi; grandchildren, Spencer Scott (Trinity) Lee, Taylor (Natalie) Carter, and Will Carter; great-grandchildren, Carson, Hazelynn, and one on the way in December; and niece Jeanne Palozzi.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Donna Lee; and his parents.

Funeral services will be on Friday, August 16, 2019 at 11AM at the Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 W. Prospect Rd., Ashtabula. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens in North Kingsville.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 5-7PM at the funeral home.
