Obituary of Carolyn Marie Encinas

Carolyn Marie Encinas, 63, of Ashtabula passed away on January 28, 2020 at the Cleveland Clinic, surrounded by loved ones. Carolyn was born April 21, 1956 in Conneaut, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Frank W. and Charlotte (Mossburg) Clugh. She graduated from Conneaut High School Class of 1976. Carolyn joined Manuel Encinas (Amigo) in marriage underneath the Angel Oak tree, on John’s Island in South Carolina on April 01, 1994. She loved to laugh, hence the day chosen for marriage. Carolyn was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a giver that gave all she had to make the ones she loved smile. She was a lover of gardening, sewing, and making all things beautiful. Carolyn loved to travel, hand in hand with her Amigo and together, they collected countless memories along the way. For many years, she worked at Premix in North Kingsville. Carolyn was a dedicated and determined worker. She worked hard at any task that was given and under no circumstances would she take the easy way out. She was outspoken and was as honest as one can come. Carolyn is survived by her husband Manuel; sons, David Osborne, Jason (Jessica) Osborne, and Jesse (Christy) Osborne; grandchildren, David III, Lilianna, Patience, Samuel, Zoe, Reilly and Oliver Osborne; siblings, Richard Clugh, James (Claire) Clugh, and Charlene Mossburg- White; and great-granddaughter, Roseabella Osborne. Carolyn was preceded in death by her grandson, Mason Osborne; siblings, Frank Clugh, Robert Clugh, Sr., and Susan Biggs. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from 10:00 to 12:00 at the Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 W. Prospect Rd., Ashtabula with the funeral service immediately following with Pastor Daniel Houck officiating. Burial will be at Perry Cemetery.
