Obituary of Credrick Miller

Credrick Miller, 67, of Ashtabula, passed away Monday, May 4, 2020 at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born October 18, 1952 in Flint, Michigan the son of the late D.T. and Theora (Thompson) Miller. Credrick was a longtime member of People's Baptist Church is Ashtabula where he worked with the senior usher board, trustee board, and the men's kitchen committee. Credrick married Brenda Hunt on March 14, 2003. He worked at MFG as a press operator for 23 years before his retirement. Credrick was a friendly man; he enjoyed talking to people even if you were a complete stranger, he wasn't afraid to share his opinion either. He was loyal and always willing to lend a hand. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Brenda; son, Shawn (Angie) Dean; daughters, Tonja Hubbard, Ja'Neta Hubbard, and Theora Miller; step-son, Damien Hunt; brothers, Herman (Bonnie) Miller, and Charles (Sarietta ) Miller; sister, Stella (James) Parker; step-mother, Miss Lillie Miller; sisters-in-law, Imogene Hunt, Evangeline Henderson, and Elaine Hunt; 16 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. Credrick was preceded in death by his brother, Jerome "Red" Miller; special cousins, who were like brothers, Ronald Miller, and Joe Brown; brother-in-law, John Hunt; and his parents.
