Evelyn Mae Campbell, 84, of Jefferson, passed away peacefully Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the Austinburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Evelyn was born July 14, 1935 in Swiss, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Clarence E. and Jane R. (Morris) Meaks.
Evelyn enjoyed word search puzzles and watching General Hospital, but the highlight of her life was her children and grandchildren. She greatly enjoyed family gatherings and visiting her family in West Virginia.
She is survived by her children, Carl (Melanie) Campbell of Madison, Linda (Jeff) Bryan of Jefferson; grandchildren, Jaime (Michelle) Campbell, Jesse Bryan, Cynthia (Justin) Salmon, Christopher (Megan) Campbell, and Casie Campbell; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her sister, Edith Williams; and her parents.
Evelyn will be cremated and laid to rest in West Virginia at the convenience of the family.
