Obituary of Timothy G. Salyers

Ashtabula- Timothy G. Salyers soul went to soar with the eagles on Wednesday, July 29, 2020. Born on November 15, 1994, the son of Timothy W. and Malynda M. (Dalton) Salyers. Tim graduated from A-Tech/Geneva High School Class of 2013. Tim was a very hard worker with the goal of providing for his family at any cost. In his free time you could find him somewhere in nature, or with his father working on anything with a motor. He especially loved riding his Harley where he could set his mind free and feel the wind in his face. You could often find a smile on his face at the races whether as a participant or as a spectator. Tim had an amazing wise old soul, and thoroughly enjoyed making people laugh. Everyone knew they could call on him to help and he would come running. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Tim and Malynda Salyers; little sister, Marissa Salyers; the love of his life, Candace Cooper; son, Isaac, and unborn son Garland; paternal grandparents, Tommy Salyers, Sr. and Sonja Salyers; uncle, Joel (Becky) Dalton; his best friend, Sean Cummings; his cat, Puff (Puffy Dawg as he affectionately called him); as well as many beloved cousins, great- aunts and uncles; and dear friends. Tim was preceded in death by his grandmother and confidant, Kathy Dalton; his two beloved unborn children; great-grandparents, Garland and Mary Dalton, and Waldon and Mayme Salyers; as well as his childhood pet, Harley. A Celebration of Tim life will be held at a later date and will be announced by the family. Memorials in his memory may be given to his children in care of the family.
