Patsy Ruth Lawson, 86, passed away at her home on December 12, 2020. She was born on
June 3, 1934 in Charleston, West Virginia to Monroe and Grace (McClung) Moore.
Patsy enjoyed nature and the outdoors. She loved animals, gardening, and mowing grass. She especially loved spending time with her family, and her dog, Precious.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Weldon Lawson; her infant son, Floyd; 2 brothers; and 3 sisters.
Patsy is survived by her children, Anna Mathews, Libby Mathews, Eugene (Debbie) Lawson, Darryl Lawson, and Danny (Valerie) Lawson; her grandchildren, Robert (Tammy) Mathews, Christopher (Nikki) Mathews, Michelle (Dan) Davis, Jessie (Amanda) Mathews, Michael Mathews, Adam Mathews, Alison (Anthony) Lavdis, Eugene (Jolinda) Lawson, Jeremy (Jackie) Lawson, Mariah (Michael) Branem, Jessica (Mike) Wickman, Rachel Lawson, Randi (Mark) Wheeler, Justin Lawson, and Brittani Lawson; her brother, Roger Moore; her sister, Phyllis Smith; 23 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 18, 2020 at 1:00PM at Childs Williams Ducro Funeral Home, 1071 State Route 7 N, Pierpont, Ohio. Where calling hours will be held from 11:00AM until the time of services. Entombment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, North Kingsville, Ohio.
