Blaze Ethan Eller (Pack), just shy of 6 months old, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Akron Children’s Hospital.
Born on August 4, 2020, he was the son of Jessy Lee Pack and Crystal Marie Pagan-Eller.
From the day he was born, he was a “Little Heart Warrior.” During his short days here on Earth, he touched many lives and was loved deeply. His life was a brief gift that will live on through cherished memories.
In addition to his parents, Blaze is survived by his brother, Wyatt Bowen; maternal grandparents, Bruce Eller and Julie Pagan; paternal grandparents, Melvin Pack and Stacy Kidwell; step-paternal grandfather, Mike Kidwell; as well as numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 1 pm to 2 pm at Ducro Funeral Services, 4524 Elm Ave., Ashtabula, immediately followed by the funeral service starting at 2 pm. Pastor Jordan Biel, from Rock of Grace Church, Kinsman, OH, will be officiating.
For those unable to attend, the funeral service will be live-streamed on Ducro Funeral Services and Crematory Facebook Page starting at 2pm.
