Obituary of Ja'Linda D'aisa Moore

Ja’Linda D’aisa Moore, 25, of Geneva, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, May 15, 2021. She was born May 10, 1996 in Ashtabula the daughter of Timothy Moore and Jerry Huckaby. Ja’Linda graduated from Lakeside High School Class of 2014. Ja’Linda was a loving mother to her children, her babies were the most important thing to her. She loved to sing and had an amazing voice that will forever be remembered by her family and friends. She sang in the church choir. She was really excited to move to Geneva in her new home where she could host family and friends. She enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom taking the kids to the local park almost every day. Over the last year she has also become crafty, using it as an outlet to show off her creativeness and make various activities for her children. She enjoyed hiking and being outdoors. She will be remembered by all who knew her from her warm heart and smile. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, PaeTyn Harris, Karion Moore, and Venice Veneri; her father, Timothy (Evangela) Moore; her mother, Jerry (Earl)Huckaby, step-mother, Tina Polas; her significant other, Daniel Veneri; her maternal grandfather, Edgar Merchant; and her siblings, Nicole Polas of Youngstown, Latrisha Moore, Carly Moore, Timothy Moore, Jr., Loteia Presciano, Tanisha Corpening, Chancellor Moore, Ceon Howell, step-brothers Isaiah Fleming, and Devaunte Dyere all of Ashtabula, Jerrica Huckaby, Jasmine Huckaby, Jessica Huckaby, Dexter Huckaby, Jatoya Huckaby, all of Cleveland; as well as a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her sister Latasha Moore; her paternal grandparents, Lenel and Mary Moore; and maternal grandmother, Linda Huckaby. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 12PM at Ashtabula Pentecostal Church of God, 2201 Cook Rd., Ashtabula, with Pastor Emory Moore of the New Hope Church of God in Christ. Burial will follow at Chestnut Grove Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 10AM until the time of service at 12PM and the church.
