Terry R. Plankel, 63, passed away on June 24, 2021, at Geauga Hospital. Welcomed into this world on June 3, 1958, Terry was a son of Robert and Dorothy (Ford) Plankel of Ashtabula. Married in 1989, he was the husband of Debbie (Gormley) Plankel of Ashtabula for 32 years.
Terry graduated Ashtabula High School in 1976 and went on to work as the district manager of Godfrey’s Restaurants for several years and then retired from Grand River Rubber. A love for all animals, his best friend and beloved fur buddy was his dog, Bella. He enjoyed cooking on the grill and using his smoker while hosting family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 2:30pm at Greenlawn Memory Gardens, 3140 E Center St, North Kingsville.
