Cindy L. Williams JEFFERSON-Cindy Lee Williams, 58, was called home on December 11, 2021 surrounded in love by her family. The daughter of Harold and Nancy (Kraft) Culver, Cindy was born on August 5, 1963, in Warren, Ohio. Cindy and Mike Williams were united in marriage on August 12, 2000. They have enjoyed each other’s company for twenty-one years and were dreaming of more years together. That was not to be, the memories they created have now become treasures of the heart. The new family created from this marriage numbered seven children, six sons and daughters-in-law, which expended to, twenty-five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Cindy and Mike referred to their new family as the Brady Bunch plus one. Cindy enjoyed collecting Dream Catchers and other Native American Art, she had a large collection of which she was quite proud. She enjoyed showing her collection to anyone that would ask. Cindy has been called strong-willed, and determined, which are good qualities to have. She also would help anyone when they came to her door; Cindy had an open heart for anyone in need. She encouraged and supported her family and shared in their frustrations and celebrated in their joy. Cindy enjoyed being with her family helping them whenever asked; sometimes when not asked she came to them, seeing that she was needed. Cindy is survived by her husband, Mike Williams; children, Kelly (David) Mattiuz, Stephanie (Leslie) Howell, Amanda (Terry)Poole, Mikey (Crystal) Williams, Doug (Shawn Dunne) Williams, B.A. Williams and J.T.(Davina) Williams; twenty-five beloved grandchildren; two precious great-grandchildren; her mother, Nancy Goodenow; siblings, Violet Griggs, Billy Switzer, Twila (Richard) Wick, Cheryl Stapleton, Kim Culver, Danny (Denise) Culver, Melinda Culver; many loving nieces and nephews. Cindy was preceded in death by her sisters, Alta Bolinger and Carrie Culver; her father Harold Culver. A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 7PM at Ducro Funeral Services and Crematory, 4524 Elm Avenue, Ashtabula, Ohio. Pastor Tim Kraus, Pastor of Conneaut Church of Christ, to officiate. Calling Hours will be observed from 5-7PM on December 22, 2021, at the funeral home. If desired, contributions in Cindy’s name may be made to the Hospice of the Western Reserve, 1166 Lake Avenue, Ashtabula, Ohio, 44004.
