Obituary of Terry Grow

Terry L. Grow ASHTABULA- Terry Lynn Grow, 62 passed away unexpectedly Thursday, December 9, 2021, at his home. Terry is the son of Jesse and Alma (Cole)Grow; Terry remained a lifelong area resident. Terry was employed with Goodwill Industries for more than twenty years. He enjoyed his job, and he had a smile for everybody he met. Terry’s love of cars kept he and his brother busy. The two of them would refurbish older cars, no matter how bad that car looked, when it was done, you could not tell it was a major restoration project. Terry had a unique sense of humor and he loved to share a joke or tell a story. He and his dog, Blitzen were best friends; Blitzen was Terry’s protector. Terry was a family man; he loved his children his grandchildren and his siblings. He was a generous man and would help wherever and whenever he could. Terry is survived by his children; Autumn Gadbois, Brian Grow and Kelley Higgs; grandchildren, Olivia Grow, Etan and Zaine Gadbois, Hayley Blankenship, Alyssa Higgs and Aliya Higgs; siblings, Jessie Grow, Ellis (Diana) Grow, Sharon (Dave) Hathy, C.L. Gayheart, Wesley Gayheart, Alice Zacharek and Henry Gayheart, Jr.; loving nieces and nephews and many friends. Terry was preceded in death by his brother, Kenny Grow; sister, Vicky Hathy and his parents. No services are scheduled at this time.
