Obituary of Lewis H. Mann, Jr.

Lewis H. Mann, Jr., 63, of Conneaut, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 8, 2022. Born August 10, 1958, in Painesville, OH, he was a son of Sarah E. (Jackson) Cooper and the late Lewis Henry Mann, Sr. Lewis was an avid Cleveland Browns fan, enjoyed watching WWE, loved going fishing and listening to music. Lewis is survived by his wife, Christine (Benn) Mann; children, Zachary, Alyssa, Savana Case, all of Conneaut and Denita L. Rice, who passed on June 17, 2018, but her memory lives on; three grandchildren, Aaliyah DeCola, Amarion Rice and DeAvoni Temnikar; great-granddaughter, Adelynn Temnikar, mother, Sarah Cooper; siblings, Carl Mann of Painesville, Hester Spikes and Toni Shinn, both of Ashtabula; and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Lewis H. Mann, Sr.; grandson, Bryson Rice; brother, Keith J. Mann; sister, Sylvia Sams; maternal grandparents, Hester and Nero Jackson, and paternal grandparents, Lewis and Edna Mann. Calling hours will be held from 11AM to 1PM on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at the Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 W. Prospect Rd., Ashtabula immediately followed by funeral services starting at 1PM. Minister Hester Spikes will be officiating, and Pastor Michael Jackson will be doing the eulogy.
