GENEVA-ON-THE-LAKE – Marguerite Edna Taylor, 74, of Kathryn Drive passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at her home.
She was born April 17, 1947, in Painesville, the daughter of the Marvin and Nancy Ellen (Lepley) Thompson and had been an area resident most of her life.
Marguerite enjoyed feeding the birds and squirrels and crafting with yarn. But most of all she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Her survivors include four children, Wendy (Tammy Ludwick) Huertas, Zack (Lynette Molnar) Taylor, Sheila Perkins, and Shawn Taylor; one sister, Linda Stouffer; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thad Basil “Shorty” Taylor on June 8, 2001, sister, Shirley Brown; grandson, Esteban Armstrong; great-grandson, Leland Taylor; and daughters-in-law, Tahnee Taylor, Paula Taylor, and Dena Hill; and her parents.
A graveside service will be held in Evergreen Cemetery, Geneva.
