Obituary of Andrea Loraine Stillwagon

Andrea L. Stillwagon JEFFERSON - Andrea Loraine Stillwagon,57 passed away Monday, February 28, 2022, at her home surrounded in love. The daughter of Robert and Arloa (Mack) Stacy Andrea was born on May 23, 1964, in San Jose, California as a young child her family moved to Geneva. Andrea was a graduate of Geneva High School. July 2 ,1988 Andrea became the bride of Thomas Stillwagon for nearly thirty-four years they traveled while Tom was in the service. Their marriage was one of love and commitment. During her illness Tom was at her side giving her his heart; his encouragement and a shoulder to lean on. For twenty years Andrea was a dedicated employee of Sam’s Club; wherever she and Tom were lived she was always guaranteed a job at Sam’s. Andrea was a woman of many talents and interests. She was a “bargain hunter”; she could shop all day looking for that something special. She hunted for Victorian Lamps and was happy when she found the right one. Andrea collected state quarters and found enough that she made collection books for each of her children and grandchildren. Reading Fantasy Fiction books about dragons, fairies and other mystical beings would make the afternoon seem to stop in time. As people would come to visit, she would ask if they would like to see her “dirty little secret” and open a closet filled with teacups and collectable dishes. Andrea loved decorating for Christmas and every year the family would bundle up and go to the tree farm to find the perfect tree! When they brought it home Andrea would begin decorating, the tree was filled with so many special ornaments and she would give the history of each one. Her heart was filled with joy when family and friends visited for the holidays. Andrea was most content surrounded by her family. She loved with great enthusiasm and boundless joy, she shared her wisdom and helping her family overcome their problems. Sharing in their disappointments rejoicing in their success’s. Andrea was the perfect wife, mom, grandma, daughter and sister for her family. Andrea is survived by her beloved husband Tom Stillwagon; children, Jessica (Gabriel) DeJesus, Katty (fiancé` Robert Mueller) Stillwagon and Makenzie (Davon Lacy, Sr.) Stillwagon; grandchildren, Madison, Bella, Davon, Jr., Bennett, and Ivy; Siblings, Leslie Bussey and Stewart Stacy; loving nieces and nephews.
