Edgel Mosley, 87, of Medina, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, March 27, 2022. Edgel was a longtime resident of Ashtabula County before moving to Medina in 2018.
He was born September 27, 1934, in McDowell, Kentucky, the son of the late Green Bud and Birdie (Blevins) Mosley. Edgel was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Edgel retired from Reliance Electric Company in 1995.
Edgel is survived by his daughter, Teresa (Robert) Arnold; granddaughter, Kristen (Gary) Groetz; great-grandchildren, Addison and Gage Groetz. He was preceded in death by his wife, Melfa Jean (Howell); son, Rondel; parents, Green Bud and Birdie Mosley and many siblings.
A private family funeral service was held on Wednesday March 30, 2022, at Ducro Funeral Home, 4524 Elm Ave., Ashtabula. Burial followed at Edgewood Cemetery.
