Jefferson- Kathleen Ann Brown, 71, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at her home. She was born on January 19, 1951 in Buckhannon, West Virginia the daughter of Paul Cogar of Clarksburg, West Virginia and Wilcie (Bly) Nester of Jefferson, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Roger Brown; brothers, Paul and Frank Cogar; and her sisters, Lorry Fish and Sue Debishire.
She is survived by her brothers, Walter and Harold Cogar; and a sister, Shirley Drugman
A calling hour will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 11:00AM until 12:00PM at the Ducro Funeral Home, 4524 Elm Ave., Ashtabula. A graveside service will follow at 1:00PM at Greenlawn Memory Gardens, 3140 E. Center St. (US Route 20), North Kingsville, Ohio.
