Janet Urmson, 88, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at the Austinburg Nursing Center.
Born October 7th, 1933, in Warren, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Martha (Parsons) Huselton.
Born and raised in Warren, Janet was a graduate of Southington Highschool. In her spare time, she enjoyed baking for the holidays and crocheting. She also loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she cherished. Janet was always the selfless caretaker and unconditionally kind to everyone she came across to in life.
Left to cherish her memories are her two children, Cindy Tripodi (Ron Mullen) of Jefferson, Todd Urmson of Cleveland; four grandchildren, Hannah Tripodi of Columbus, Rocky Tripodi of Jefferson, Brandi Boone of Nashville, TN, and Amber Korinko (Nick) of Jefferson.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 66 years, Jim Urmson, who passed away on February 7, 2022.
Per Janet’s wishes, there will be no public services. The immediate family will gather for a Celebration of Life at a later date and time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Janet’s name to Adoration Hospice, 2302 Metcalf Drive, Unit 24, Ashtabula, Ohio 44004.
