Obituary of Greg Allen Senskey

ASHTABULA - Greg Allen Senskey, 52, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at the Cleveland Clinic. A resident of Ashtabula all his life, he was born on January 29, 1970, the son of Gary and Judy (Gill) Senskey. A 1988 graduate of Harbor High School, he excelled as a football player and was also a wrestler. On August 8, 2009, he married his beloved wife, Stacy (Bowden). Greg spent the past 28 years of his working life with CEI, now First Energy, first as a meter reader and then as a collector for many years. A member of EAC and American Legion, Post #103, he was a devoted sports fan, especially of the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns. He also enjoyed NASCAR and tried to play golf. Always one to enjoy the moment, he was an avid concert attender and loved to visit our local wineries with friends and family. He is survived by his loving wife, Stacy Senskey; daughters, Cassidy Senskey of Pittsburgh, PA and Cristy Senskey of Los Angeles, CA; stepsons, Derek (Ashley) Yuhasz of Colebrook and Dakota (Trisha) Yuhasz of N. Bloomfield; brother, Mark Senskey of Lake Wiley, S.C.; seven grandchildren, Gannon, Maddox, Finley, Brooklyn, Dakota, Jr., Dalton, Dallas; his father, Gary Senskey; and stepmother, Cindy Senskey. Greg was preceded in death by his mother, Judy, who passed in 2021; his brother, Scot Senskey, who passed in 2004; and his fur babies, Zoey and Zena. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2022, from 4-7PM at DUCRO FUNERAL SERVICES AND CREMATORY, 4524 Elm Avenue., Ashtabula. For those who wish to participate, a Time of Sharing will begin at 7PM. A Celebration of Greg's Life will also be held Sunday August 7 from 2-4PM at Kosicek Vineyards, 696 SR 534, Geneva, OH.
