Thomas C. Williams of Ashtabula Ohio has gone to be with his Lord and Savior on August 10, 2022 at age 81. He was born in Pennsylvania to Wanda Lynch and Merle Williams on July 12, 1941.
He lived most of his life in Ashtabula. Prior to his retirement he worked as custodian at Lakeside High School.
