Clover Jodine Owen, 48, passed away on September 14, 2022 after her battle with cancer.
She was born on November 17, 1973, in Ashtabula to Randall and Marcella (Blakenship) Hatfield. Clover made her life as a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Larry Skaggs.
Clover is survived by her husband, Robert Ryland; her sons, Cody Owen and Chase Hamilton; 5 Grandchildren; her brother, Mark Skaggs; and her sister, Veronica Engebretsen
A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
