Catherine "Tina" M. Sekula, 79, of Ashtabula passed away Friday, December 30, 2022, at the Ashtabula County Medical Center. She was born March 22, 1943, in Brockport, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Frank and Julia (Yale) Zuccolotto. Catherine worked as a glass packer at Brockway Glass Factory for over 30 years, and then finished her working career working in the Cafeteria for the Ashtabula Area City Schools. Tina enjoyed playing cards with her husband, Hank, and going to play BINGO with her friends. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Sekula is survived by her husband of 53 years, Henry "Hank" Sekula; children, Wanda (Jimmy) Crowell, Richard Tokarcik, Jr., and Valerie Taylor; siblings, Joseph Zuccolotto and Julia "Annie" Cartmell; eight grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert, Donald "Dunk", Jack, and Gerald "Babe" Hepler; and her parents. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Ducro Funeral Services and Crematory, 4524 Elm Ave., Ashtabula is handling arrangements.
