Obituary of Patricia Ann Diemer

Patricia Ann Diemer passed away peacefully, Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at the Villa at the Lake. She was born January 20, 1931, in Ashtabula, daughter of the late Clarence and Mildred (Bentley) Taylor. She graduated from Edgewood High School Class of 1949. Patricia married the love of her life Ralph Diemer on July 14, 1951. Patricia was primarily a homemaker; she enjoyed her time raising her four children. She then worked at Covered Bridge Pizza in Kingsville for many years, and then went on to finish her working career at the Ashtabula County Nursing Home. Patricia enjoyed taking care of plants, she was an amazing cook, and her cabbage rolls will greatly be missed by the family. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Holidays and parties were always time she looked forward to. She is survived by her children, Gary (Cathy Best) Diemer, Cindy (Kris) Daywalt, Pam (Bob) Gubana, and Steve (Jami) Diemer; grandchildren, Scott (Danielle) Diemer, Lindsay (Eric) Bibler, Kristin (Jim) Lamson, Justin (Tessa) Daywalt, Ashley (Joe Lunder) Skuhrovec, and Taylor, Faythe (Clay Smock), and Hayden Diemer; and great-grandchildren, Lucas, Alivia, Raegan, Grayson, Addison, Payton, Myles. Jax, Maximus, Riley, and Parker. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Ralph, in 2013; grandson, Joey Skuhrovec; and her siblings, Donna Keen, Arletta Bancroft; and her parents. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023, at 1PM at the Kingsville Presbyterian Church, 3056 W. Main St., Kingsville, Ohio 44048. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens in North Kingsville. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 12PM until the time of service at the church. Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 W.
