James R. Nock, Sr, 63, passed away at his home in Andover, Ohio on February 18, 2023. He was born on September 15, 1959 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
He moved to Andover a few years ago coming from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
James owned and operated his own body shop for many years. He was also a former truck driver. Most recently he was an associate with Home Depot in Meadville, Pennsylvania.
James enjoyed drinking beer with his friends, driving through Holiday Camplands and participating in all their events.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Jane McAfee Nock; his beloved grandparents, Charles R. and Mildred M. McAfee; and his brother, Charles R. Miller.
James is survived by his son, James R. (Alyssa Biller) Nock, Jr. of Andover; his brother, Richard E. (Mary Jane) Nock of Appollo, Pennsylvania; his sister, Mildred M. (Bruce) Bishop of Chesterfield, Virginia; his granddaughter, Dakota Nock; and many nieces and nephews.
