Obituary of Lois Sandra Patrick

Lois Sandra Patrick, 75, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2023, at UH-Case Medical Center in Cleveland. She was born March 18, 1948, in Ashtabula, Ohio the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Harchalk) Nardi. A lifelong area resident Lois graduated from Harbor High School Class of 1966. She married the love of her life Robert Patrick on April 27, 1968. Over the years Lois worked at Hills Department Store and K-Mart, but her primary job was raising her family. Her family was most important to her, and she looked forward to cooking, and baking for them and making sure holidays were always special. Lois enjoyed crafting., she could often be found crocheting and knitting, or working on an oil painting. She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, birdwatching and searching for beach glass with her husband. Mrs. Patrick is survived by her husband of 55 years, Robert; daughters, Michele (George) Miller, and Christine (Joseph) Zuzek; sisters, Joanne Larko and Barbara Cararo; and grandchildren, Joshua (Katherine) Taylor, and Katelynd (Jerod) Taylor. She was preceded in death by her twin brother, Louis Nardi; and her parents. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, from 4-6PM at the Ducro Funeral Home, 4524 Elm Ave., Ashtabula, Ohio 44004. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 10AM at OLOP- Mount Carmel Church, 1200 E. 21st St., Ashtabula, Ohio with Father Raymond Thomas and Father David Bridling officiating.
