Frances Catherine (Judson) Norris, 92, of Ashtabula, passed away peacefully, Sunday, May 7, 2023, at the Lantern of Saybrook.
She was born November 24, 1930, in Cleveland, the daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (Elsworth) Judson. Frances married the love of her life Theodore Norris on September 15, 1948.
Mrs. Norris devoted her life to her family. She enjoyed being a 4-H leader when her kids were young and was active in a mother’s club. They raised their children on a small farm, raising chickens and a beautiful garden. She would sell her eggs and produce she so lovingly grew.
Frances is survived by her children Garth (Jean) Norris, Janet Barnett, and Neal (Roberta) Norris; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Theodore in 2019; and her siblings.
Private services will be held with interment next to her husband at Oakdale Cemetery.
