Shirley Ann Costa, 86, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Country Club Retirement Campus.
She was born on July 26, 1936 in Ashtabula to the late Arthur Swanson and Mary Oldacker.
Shirley went on to marry the late John Costa. A very loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she was happiest when surrounded by her family.
Left to cherish the memories left by Shirley are her children, John (Kristeen) Costa, David Costa, Susan (Jerry) Johnson, Cheryl Jewitt, and Cindy Kirk; grandchildren, Karyna O’Hara, Michael Peck Jr., and Kyle Peck; great grandchildren, Ayden Peck, Ezio Peck, Liam O‘Hara, and Ireland O’Hara.
Aside from her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, John Costa.
No public services are being observed at this time.
