Robert Edward Pfouts, 61, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023, at his home.
He was born on February 3, 1962, to the late Douglas Pfouts and Frances (Blasko) Pfouts in Ashtabula, Ohio.
Robert went on to graduate from Harbor High School Class of 1981. Robert began his working career at the Pinney Dock, and then worked at RMI in Ashtabula until they closed. He then worked for many years as a highway worker for the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT).
Robert enjoyed being outside in nature, loved fishing, and especially found joy in eagle watching. He was one to listen to loud music, while he was tinkering around looking for his next project.
Left to cherish the memories of Robert are his children, Brian Edward Pfouts, Maggie Alexa Pfouts, and Kayla Ann Pfouts; and his brother, Don Lawrence.
Aside from his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his sister Marie Ann Pfouts.
At his request no service will be held. He will be laid to rest with his father at Maple Grove Cemetery in Thompson.
