Today, I learned that Mark passed away last year. My belated condolences to all of Mark's family. Mark and I were briefly friends many, many years ago. In the 1959-1960 school year, we were in the same second grade class at La Fetra Elementary School in Glendora, Ca. About two weeks into the school year, I had a birthday party that Mark was at. It seems that we never had another class together after that and we both had new friends that we hung out with. In eighth grade, while in the cafeteria and from a distance, a ninth grader who was a bit of a bully, must have said or done something to Mark. Mark was bigger and taller and bent over the bully, forcing him to bend backwards onto a table. This bully new better than to do anything. The last time I saw Mark was in 1970 when we graduated from Glendora High School.

To all Mark's family, my deepest condolences. I was shocked to hear of the news and had called him recently. I met Mark when his office was in Pacific Beach across the street from my apartment. He started doing my taxes and a friendship grew from there . We fished together on my boat and we just reconnected after a few years off from him doing taxes. About 35 years of great chats and discussions. I was hurting and feel your loss. I'm glad I could find this page. My prayers will be with you.

My name is Tony and I met Mark in 1985 when he began working on my taxes. He was a classic gentlemen and I sure looked forward to our annual meetings in Poway, CA. He did my taxes for 33 years and I will miss speaking with him and working with him... We just spoke in April and my condolences to his family and friends!

I was one of Mark’s first tax clients, back in the days when we did my taxes at the dining room table. I always looked forward to our yearly meetings and the opportunity to catch up on the lives of some of our mutual friends. Mark loved his family totally and completely and lived his life with gusto. Rest In Peace my friend.

To the family of Mark Dibley. I am sorry for your loss. I live here in San Diego and Mark had prepared my taxes for the past 5 years. I only knew him thru our conversations about business and had a few side conversations about life. He was always pleasant and had some encouraging words for me when I was going thru a pretty tough time in life a few years ago. God bless
