Q: What will you never forget about William?
A: He was so loving and caring. Was one of my favorite nephews. He had a very warm smile and would make you laugh, we grew up together as kids, I was 9 yrs old when he was born. More like a little brother than a nephew. I will always love him dearly and miss him always.
